Multifuntional Facility
(Adaptive reuse of an abandoned train station)
Preliminary Origami Studies

I began with site visits and observation to understand the existing train station and its surrounding environment.
From there, I explored kinetic architecture and conducted origami-based structural experiments to develop a flexible form that could adapt to different uses and community activities.

Kinetic Roof System
Foldable structure inspired by railway tracks

The abandoned train station is transformed into a youth performance venue and multipurpose community space that can host flea markets, events, and other activities.
